Cranberry-Apple Mold
- 3 cups boiling water
- 3 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Cranberry Flavor Gelatin
- 2 cups cold apple juice
- Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in juice.
- Pour into Santa Claus mold or 5-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Unmold.
- Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.
