Spicy Mexican Fajita Bento
- 200 grams Chicken thigh meat
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 small Tomato
- 1/4 Red pepper
- 1/4 Yellow pepper
- 10 cm Celery
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 dash Cayenne pepper (or ichimi seasoning)
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 2 tsp Sake
- 1 for frying Oil
- Mince the garlic.
- Cut the tomatoes in half, then thinly slice.
- Cut the onions, peppers, and celery into slivers.
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt, pepper, and sake.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the onions, then add the garlic.
- Add the chicken and fry.
- Add all the veggies and cayenne powder and fry.
- Season again with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once everything is cooked, it's done.
- (The tomatoes will simmer down.)
