Market Greens Greek Salad
- 4 cups tightly packed torn kale leaves
- 2 cups tightly packed torn rainbow Swiss chard leaves
- 1/3 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Greek Feta Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup each chopped English cucumbers and halved grape tomatoes
- 1/3 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup quartered Kalamata olives
- Combine kale and chard in large bowl.
- Mix dressing and lemon juice until blended.
- Add to kale mixture; toss to coat.
- Let stand 10 min.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
