Hashed Brown Potato Casserole Recipe

  1. Defrost potatoes.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly - then cover with corn flake crumbs which have been mixed in melted butter.
  3. Put in greased casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
  5. The cream of celery soup can be substituted for cream of chicken soup.
  6. Minced bell pepper can be added to taste.
