Italian Bacon, Egg and Cheese
- 100 slices OSCAR MAYER 18-22 Slice Count Raw Bacon Flat Pak
- 1/4 cup Italian seasoning
- 100 each eggs
- 50 each biscuits, split
- 100 slices KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Slice
- Place bacon in single layer on parchment paper-covered sheet pans.
- Sprinkle evenly with Italian seasoning.
- Bake in 350F-convection oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp; drain.
- For each serving: Beat 2 eggs in small microwaveable bowl until frothy.
- Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes or until set.
- (Or, cook on preheated 350F-griddle until eggs are set, stirring frequently.)
- Fill 1 biscuit with eggs, 2 bacon slices and 2 process cheese slices.
