Italian Bacon, Egg and Cheese

  1. Place bacon in single layer on parchment paper-covered sheet pans.
  2. Sprinkle evenly with Italian seasoning.
  3. Bake in 350F-convection oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp; drain.
  4. For each serving: Beat 2 eggs in small microwaveable bowl until frothy.
  5. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes or until set.
  6. (Or, cook on preheated 350F-griddle until eggs are set, stirring frequently.)
  7. Fill 1 biscuit with eggs, 2 bacon slices and 2 process cheese slices.
