Burger N Fries Pot Pie

  2. Heat oven to 450F.
  3. In a 12-inch skillet, cook beef and onion with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Drain well!
  5. Sprinkle flour over beef mixture, cook one minute stirring constantly.
  6. Stir in ketchup, pickles, and cook 2 3 minutes.

  8. In an ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole, spread hamburger mixture.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Arrange frozen French fries in a single layer on top and sprinkle with Lawrys seasoned salt to taste.

  12. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until fries are golden brown.
  13. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
  14. 4.
  15. Serve with shredded lettuce, diced fresh tomatoes and ketchup and mustard to taste.
