Watermelon Raspberry Ice Pops Paletas

  1. Combine raspberries, lime-juice and sugar in a blender container.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Run mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool for 5 min.
  6. Stir in raspberry mixture.
  7. Pour mixture into paper cups and cover with a small piece of aluminum foil.
  8. Insert wooden sticks in the middle of each cup, puncturing the aluminum foil to stay upright.
  9. Freeze 4 hours to overnight.
  10. Peel off disposable cup and enjoy.
