Kabocha Squash Salad With Camembert Cheese

  1. Steam the kabocha squash until it's tender.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise, wasabi and Krazy Salt in a bowl.
  3. Add the piping hot kabocha squash and Camembert cheese to the bowl and mix.
  4. Put some lettuce on a serving plate, and mound the kabocha mix and roughly chopped soft boiled eggs on top.
