Chicken Soup with Kale

  1. Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Add carrots, bay leaf and broth; stir.
  5. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min., adding orzo for the last 5 min.
  6. Add chicken; cook 5 min.
  7. or until done.
  8. Stir in kale; cook 3 min.
  9. or just until wilted.
  10. Remove and discard bay leaf.
