Meatless Chik'n Biscuit Bites
- 12 BOCA Original Chikn Veggie Nuggets
- 4 refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, split horizontally
- 4 tsp. honey
- 4 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
- 16 oz. vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Heat nuggets as directed on package.
- Prepare and bake refrigerated biscuit as directed on package.
- To assemble each sandwich, layer 3 nuggets between one split biscuit; drizzle each with 1 tsp.
- honey.
- Saute almonds in margarine until toasted; stir in thawed beans and cook just until heated through.
- Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
- Divide into 4 equal servings.
- Complement meal with 1/4 of the yogurt topped with half a sliced kiwi per person.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
