Eggs Pesto
- 4 Poached Eggs
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup Fress or store-bought pesto
- 4 slice of Bread
- 3 tbsp Freshly grated parmesan
- Poach 4 eggs
- Immediatly after poaching add your salt, pepper, and cayenne (this makes a huge difference
- Butter toast and place poached egg on top
- Top with pesto and sprinkle with parmesan and serve
