Mexican Taco Salad Recipe
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 (16 ounce.) can kidney beans, liquid removed
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 c. shredded lettuce
- 2 c. minced tomatoes
- 4 c. crushed corn chips or possibly tortilla chips
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese cubed
- 1/2 c. Kraft French or possibly Catalina French dressing
- Brown meat and drain.
- Add in onion cook till tender, add in beans and seasoning.
- Cover and cook over medium heat 10 min.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Add in beef mix.
- Mix lightly and serve immediately.
