Mom's Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 jar (198 g) Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate, melted
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/2 cups sifted icing sugar
- Beat butter and cream cheese in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until blended.
- Add marshmallow creme, melted chocolate and vanilla; beat until blended.
- Add sugar gradually, beating until light and fluffy after each addition.
- Use to frost your favourite cupcake recipe.
