Barbecued Country Ribs

  1. Preheat oven to 425F, lay ribs in shallow 13x9 or larger pan, roast at 425F for 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime make the sauce.
  3. Saute onion, pepper and celery in the oil until soft.
  4. Add all other ingredients; simmer for around 20 minutes.
  5. Pour sauce over ribs after the 30 minute roasting period.
  6. Reduce oven to 325 and roast for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
  7. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
