Spiced Cranberry and Dried-Fruit Chutney

  1. Stir all ingredients except vinegar in medium saucepan over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Increase heat to high; boil until thick, stirring often, about 4 minutes.
  3. Transfer to bowl.
  4. Mix in vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. (Can be made 2 weeks ahead.
  6. Cover; chill.)
