Easy Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff #2
- 2 lbs cubed beef stew meat
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 cup cooking sherry
- 2 (7 1/2 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms (I use large cans because I love mushrooms)
- 1 medium onion (sliced or chopped)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 lb egg noodles
- 8 ounces sour cream
- Brown meat in pan (season to taste) may coat with flour if desired.
- Add browned meat and remaining ingredients (except sour cream and noodles) to crock pot.
- Cook high for 4 hours and low for 4 hours.
- Add sour cream just after cooking time is complete and heat to warm.
- Serve over egg noodles.
