Jumping Bumble Bee Slice
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups rice bubbles
- 1 cup toasted muesli
- Topping
- dark chocolate, melted
- Line the base and sides of a shallow 30 cm x 18 cm baking .
- Add peanut butter, honey and butter to a pan and cook over low heat stirring until mixture is smooth.
- Place rice bubbles and muesli into a bowl.
- Add peanut butter mixture.
- Mix well and press evenly into lined tin.
- Refrigerate for 45 minutes or until set.
- Cut into pieces to serve.
