Jumping Bumble Bee Slice

  1. Line the base and sides of a shallow 30 cm x 18 cm baking .
  2. Add peanut butter, honey and butter to a pan and cook over low heat stirring until mixture is smooth.
  3. Place rice bubbles and muesli into a bowl.
  4. Add peanut butter mixture.
  5. Mix well and press evenly into lined tin.
  6. Refrigerate for 45 minutes or until set.
  7. Cut into pieces to serve.
