Baked Chicken Strips

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a gallon-size Ziploc bag, mix Bisquick, cheese, salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Place chicken in another gallon-size Ziploc bag with egg and shake until coated.
  4. Transfer to bag with Bisquick mix and shake until coated.
  5. Place chicken on baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle butter over chicken.
  7. Bake for 7 minutes, flip each piece over and cook another 7 minutes.
  8. Serve with a side of cream gravy.
