Baked Chicken Strips
- 23 cups Bisquick
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 pound Chicken, Cut Into 1/2" Strips
- 1 whole Large Egg, Beaten
- 3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- Cream Gravy, To Serve
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- In a gallon-size Ziploc bag, mix Bisquick, cheese, salt, pepper and paprika.
- Place chicken in another gallon-size Ziploc bag with egg and shake until coated.
- Transfer to bag with Bisquick mix and shake until coated.
- Place chicken on baking sheet.
- Drizzle butter over chicken.
- Bake for 7 minutes, flip each piece over and cook another 7 minutes.
- Serve with a side of cream gravy.
