Rosemary'S Sinfully Rich Coconut Cream Pie

  1. Combine flour, sugar and egg yolks.
  2. Add 1 cup milk and stir until all lumps are gone.
  3. Add rest of milk and cook over low heat,
  4. stirring
  5. constantly
  6. so mixture will not stick to bottom oftan.
  7. Cook
  8. until
  9. slightly
  10. thickened,
  11. then
  12. add coconut. Add
  13. flavorings
  14. and
  15. coloring.
  16. Cook about 1 minute longer, stirring
  17. constantly.
  18. Pour
  19. mixture into pie crusts. Top
  20. with whipping cream.
  21. Sprinkle a little coconut over top to garnish.
