Spicy Tuna Panini

• 250 g tuna, in water derained
• 2 tablespoons extra light mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons low fat yogurt
• 1 teaspoon chili flakes
• 12 teaspoon lime juice
• 150 g mozarrella cheese, sliced
• 2 tomatoes, sliced

1. mix first 5 thing very well.
2. spread on panini bread.
3. then put the tomato slice after that cheese slice on it.
4. grill it and enjoy it.
