Dorothy's Clam Dip Recipe

  1. Drain clams, reserving 2 Tbsp.
  2. (or possibly more if you like) of clam liquor.
  3. Cook onion in butter till tender but not brown; add in clams, reserved clam liquor, and remaining ingredients.
  4. Heat till cheese melts and mix is warm.
  5. Makes 1 1/4 c..
  6. Serve with crackers or possibly chips.
