Walley's Chicken Pot Pie
- 2 (6 ounce) packages chicken flavor stuffing mix
- 2 cups hot water
- 1.5 (8 ounce) cans crescent roll dough
- 2 -3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (15 ounce) can Veg-All, drained
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can potatoes, drained
- 1 -2 stalk celery
- 14 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 deg F.
- Lightly grease 13x9 baking dish.
- Put a layer of Crescent roll dough on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Mix chicken, soup, poultry seasoning, and veggies.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour mixture over Crescent roll dough.
- Add hot water to stuffing mix and cover mixture with stuffing.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
