Pizzadillas

  1. Heat flour tortillas on a flat pan over medium heat for 5-10 seconds on each side
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on half of the tortilla.
  3. You can use less or more depending on how you like your sauce.
  4. 1 tablespoon is always enough for our family.
  5. Place 3-5 slices of pepperoni on top of the pizza sauce.
  6. You can preheat the pepperonis if you like but they will heat up in skillet.
  7. Place a decent amount of shredded mozzarella on top of sauce and pepperonis.
  8. I usually do 1 handful each tortilla.
  9. Fold the tortilla over by grabbing the side that is plan and pull gently to cover the other half of tortilla.
  10. Let cook 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted, flipping once or twice.
  11. You can lower heat and cook longer while flipping occasionally to get the tortilla to crisp a little.
  12. Be careful not to burn the tortilla
  13. Remove from heat and place on a plate and cut into 3s and enjoy.
  14. You may heat up additional pizza sauce and use as a dip to eat along side pizzadillas
