Pizzadillas
- 1 can Jar pizza sauce
- 1 packages Sliced pepperoni
- 1 packages Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 packages Flour tortillas
- Heat flour tortillas on a flat pan over medium heat for 5-10 seconds on each side
- Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on half of the tortilla.
- You can use less or more depending on how you like your sauce.
- 1 tablespoon is always enough for our family.
- Place 3-5 slices of pepperoni on top of the pizza sauce.
- You can preheat the pepperonis if you like but they will heat up in skillet.
- Place a decent amount of shredded mozzarella on top of sauce and pepperonis.
- I usually do 1 handful each tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over by grabbing the side that is plan and pull gently to cover the other half of tortilla.
- Let cook 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted, flipping once or twice.
- You can lower heat and cook longer while flipping occasionally to get the tortilla to crisp a little.
- Be careful not to burn the tortilla
- Remove from heat and place on a plate and cut into 3s and enjoy.
- You may heat up additional pizza sauce and use as a dip to eat along side pizzadillas
