Mix Powder

• 3 tbsp ground cumin
• 3 tbsp ground coriander
• 3 tbsp paprika
• 3 tbsp turmeric
• 1 tbsp garam masala
• 5 tbsp mild madras curry powder

1. Grind ingredients finely if using whole spices
2. Mix it all together well and store in an airtight container
