Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 3 stalks diced celery
- 1/2 green pepper
- Mushrooms, diced
- 1/2 med. onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 9-12 ounce. liquid removed tuna
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 8-10 ounce. cooked noodles
- Combine soup, cheese and lowfat milk in saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir constantly till melted.
- Add in rest of ingredients.
- Pour into casserole dish.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 min.
