Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

  1. Fry chicken, onion, green pepper, and 1/4 can enchilada sauce in frying pan sprayed with Pam.
  2. When almost done, add in 1 can refried beans to chicken mix.
  3. Fry till hot.
  4. Put chicken mix into tortilla, roll and lay into 9 x 13 inch pan.
  5. Pour remaining enchilada sauce, top with cheese.
  6. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 min.
