Garlic Pepper & Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops
- 8 thinly sliced pork chops (or butterflied)
- 2 tablespoons roasted garlic grapeseed oil (ADD THIS TO THE BAG FIRST, AFTER THE MEAT!)
- 1 12 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese (provided at workshop)
- 2 tablespoons garlic pepper seasoning, blend (wildtree brand Caliornia Style Garlic pepper blend)
- 12 teaspoon salt (optional)
- Mix all ingredients into freezer bag.
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place pork chops on lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then flip and bake 10 more minutes.
- Switch oven to broil setting and broil for 1 min per side to crisp the breading.
- ***IF USING THICK OR MEDIUM CUT CHOPS, COOK 15 MIN PER SIDE, then switch to broil to crisp breading***.
