Low-Cal Stuffed French Toast

  1. Spread cream cheese on one side of 6 of the slices of bread.
  2. Spread preserves on one side of the other 6 slices.
  3. Pair them up making sandwiches.
  4. Combine egg, egg whites, milk & vanilla in a shallow bowl w/ a whisk until smooth.
  5. Heat electric griddle to 325, or place a regular griddle over medium-low heat on stove.
  6. Spray griddle w/ nonstick cooking spray.
  7. Coat each side of the sandwiches w/ the egg mixture and cook for 2-3mins on each side or until golden brown.
  8. Top with SF syrup.
