Cheese Biscuits
- 1/3 cup SR flour
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 25g butter
- 1 1/4 cups KRAFT Tasty Cheese
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until mixture forms a ball.
- Roll out between 2 pieces of baking paper until 1/2 cm thick.
- Cut into 5cm rounds and place on a greased baking tray.
- Bake in a hot 200 degrees C oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack.
- These biscuits are great to serve with drinks or as part of a lunch platter with deli meats, olives, pickled onions and cornichons.
