Cheese Biscuits

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until mixture forms a ball.
  2. Roll out between 2 pieces of baking paper until 1/2 cm thick.
  3. Cut into 5cm rounds and place on a greased baking tray.
  4. Bake in a hot 200 degrees C oven for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Cool on a wire rack.
  6. These biscuits are great to serve with drinks or as part of a lunch platter with deli meats, olives, pickled onions and cornichons.
