Easy Slow Cooker Black Bean and Kielbasa Soup

  1. Cut the sausage in half lengthwise.
  2. In a 3.5-4 quart slow cooker, stir together the soup, undrained tomatoesm sausage and corn.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. When the soup is done cooking, taste.
  5. Add seasonings to taste.
  6. We used garlic salt, black pepper, and a wee dash of Cajun seasonings.
  7. If you like hot sauce, add that to taste, too.
