Stir-Fried Vegetables(Microwave)

  1. Preheat a 10-inch browning skillet on Full power for 5 minutes.
  2. Quickly add oil, then all vegetables.
  3. Cook 5 to 6 minutes on Full power, covered with lid.
  4. Stir after 3 minutes. Quickly add cornstarch and bouillon, dissolved in 1/2 cup water. Add remaining seasonings.
  5. Cook another 3 minutes on Full power, uncovered, stirring after 1 1/2 minutes.
