Ham 'N Swiss Cheese Broccoli Quiche Recipe
- 1 (9 inch) pie crust
- 1 teaspoon flour
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread the flour around bottom of pie crust.
- In medium sized bowl, combine half & half, Large eggs, mustard, and pepper; set aside.
- Layer ham, cheese, onion, and broccoli in pie crust-lined pan.
- Pour egg mix over top.
- Bake 40 to 50 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cold 5 min; cut into wedges.
- Garnish as desired.
- Chill any remaining quiche.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
- Frzn cut broccoli, thawed and well liquid removed, can be substituted for the fresh broccoli.
