Quiche Lorraine

  1. Prepare the pastry in

  4. deep pie plate.
  5. Cook the bacon and onion in a skillet until the onion is tender and the bacon is done.
  6. Drain the bacon and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle the bacon and thetnion
  7. into the pastry shell.
  8. Top with the green chilies

  10. cheese.
  11. Combine the beaten eggs, flour, red pepper, salt and

  15. Mix well.
