Crunchy Tuna Salad
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 8 oz. canned white tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. dried dill weed
- 4 cups romaine lettuce leaves
- 4 small whole wheat s
- 1/4 cup trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 4 SNACKWELL'S Sugar Free Lemon Creme Sandwich Cookies
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- MIX cottage cheese, tuna, carrots, celery, onions and dill weed.
- Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
- Divide evenly into 4 equal portions and serve each portion over 1 cup lettuce.
- Complement each salad with 1 bagel spread with 1 Tbsp.
- margarine.
- Enjoy 1 cookie per person for dessert.
- Serve each salad with an 8 fl oz glass of milk.
