Turkey Dish
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing (original flavor)
- 1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
- 4 oz. twisted noodles
- 10 oz. frozen peas, thawed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
- Saute onion in margarine until tender.
- Stir in flour until smooth and remove from heat.
- Combine salad dressing, turkey, cooked noodles, peas, pepper and oregano. Stir in onion mixture. Pour into shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Mix bread crumbs and margarine.
- Sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish top with tomato wedges, if desired.
- Makes 6 servings.
