Beef Tacos

  1. Preheat a large skillet to medium heat.
  2. Add the beef, onion and garlic and heat for 5 minutes, breaking the meat up as you go.
  3. When the beef is about half cooked, add the chili powder, cumin, seasoned salt, and as much hot sauce as youd like.
  4. Stir the spices into the meat mixture.
  5. Allow the beef to finish cooking through, about 3 minutes more.
  6. Combine the cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
  7. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the beef and allow the mixture to bubble for 2 minutes, stirring to form a light sauce.
  8. If the liquid evaporates before youre ready to serve, add more water 2 tablespoons at a time.
  9. Taste the meat, and add more salt or hot sauce if youd like.
  10. Serve in taco shells, flour tortillas, with chips, or as part of a salad.
  11. The options are endless!
