Broiled Farm Raised Catfish Recipe

  1. Rinse fish fillets with cool water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Have broilerheating, with oven rack set about 4 inches from heat.
  3. Grease the rack of abroiler pan.
  4. Sprinkle fish lightly with garlic salt and lemon-pepper.
  5. Placefillets on rack of broiler pan and broil 4 to 6 min or possibly till fish flakeseasily with a fork; turning not necessary.
  6. If substituting halibut, swordfishor shark steaks, turn once during cooking and increase broiling time as necessary.
