Egg, Turkey Bacon Croissant Sandwich

  1. chop a handful of greens.
  2. take 2 slices from a tomato.
  3. put your croissant in the toaster oven to warm.
  4. crack two egg whites into a bowl.
  5. whip to a nice smooth consistency.
  6. lightly oil your pan, and heat to medium.
  7. pour your eggs in, watching until just cooked.
  8. flip, watch the egg rise.
  9. take out of pan.
  10. put in your 2 slices of turkey bacon, cooking on both sides till golden brown.
  11. take your warm croissant, and slice in half.
  12. spread about 1 tsp on each slice.
  13. layer your eggs, bacon, greens and tomato.
  14. eh voila!
  15. you've got a yummy breakfast sandwich.
