Guacamole

  1. Beat avocados, onion, peppers, lemon juice, salt, pepper and ascorbic acid mixture until creamy.
  2. Stir in tomato.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  4. Serve with corn chips.
  5. Bacon Guacamole: Stir in 2 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled.
  6. Creamy Guacamole: Stir in 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt.
