Chicken Delight

• 1 packages pepperidge farms stuffing mix
• 1 stick butter
• 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
• 1 can cream of chicken
• 1 can cream of mushroom
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 2 cup rice
• 1 1/2 cup mayo

1. preheat oven to 350
2. boil chicken then cut up
3. mix chicken,mayo,cream soups,and broth
4. put mixture in cooking dish
5. melt butter and mix with stuffing mix
6. put stuffing mixture on top and cook for 30 to 45 minutes.
7. cook rice
8. serve chicken delight over a bed of rice
