Indian style fried fish

  1. Mix all the spices in a bowl, mix well and rub it over the fish and the inside of the fish.
  2. Make sure its well rubbed against the fish.
  3. (Optional: you can use mustard oil while marinating 3 teaspoons is enough) Leave it to rest for 3-4 hours.
  4. Heat oil in pan and fry the fish for 15mins (8mins on each side) on high heat.
  5. Fry the onions, tomatoes and green chilli's separately in another pan for 1-2mins(half cooked)
  6. Serve hot and enjoy with fresh salad and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top :)
