Indian style fried fish
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tbsp grounded oregano
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp fish fry masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 6 clove of garlic
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 lemon
- 3 piece fresh river fiish
- 3 onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 8 green chilli
- Mix all the spices in a bowl, mix well and rub it over the fish and the inside of the fish.
- Make sure its well rubbed against the fish.
- (Optional: you can use mustard oil while marinating 3 teaspoons is enough) Leave it to rest for 3-4 hours.
- Heat oil in pan and fry the fish for 15mins (8mins on each side) on high heat.
- Fry the onions, tomatoes and green chilli's separately in another pan for 1-2mins(half cooked)
- Serve hot and enjoy with fresh salad and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top :)
