Pecan-Parmesan Fish Fillets

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Cook rice as directed on package, using broth and water, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 10 min.
  3. Meanwhile, combine nuts, cheese, parsley, 2 Tbsp.
  4. lemon juice and oil.
  5. Place fish in single layer in shallow baking dish; spread with nut mixture.
  6. Drizzle with remaining lemon juice.
  7. Bake 10 to 12 min.
  8. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  9. Serve with rice.
