Kale Salad

• 8 cups chopped stemmed kale
• 1 large carrot, thinly sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1 red pepper, chopped
• 1/2 cup chopped red onions
• 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
• 1/2 cup Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing

1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl except dressing.
2. Drizzle with dressing just before serving; mix lightly.
