Aunty Fay's Coffee Cake Recipe

• 3 c. Bisquick(r) baking mix
• 1 1/2 c. Sugar
• 3 x Large eggs
• 1 1/8 c. Cream, * see note
• 3/4 c. Wesson Oil
• 1/2 c. Nuts, I used walnuts
• 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon (up to 2)

1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
2. Grease and flour 13x8 inch pan.
3. Mix all ingredients together.
4. Pour into pan.
5. Mix topping ingredients together.
6. Sprinkle topping over the top.
7. Bake about 25-30 min till toothpicck inserted comes out clean
8. NOTES : evaporated or possibly half n half okay
