Bulgur Recipe

  1. I found this recipe for bulgur in my HMO magazine.
  2. I tried it and it turned out pretty good.
  3. Put the bulgur in a bowl.
  4. Boil the water/stock and add in half of the cumin.
  5. Pour over the bulgur, mix and put aside.
  6. Sautee the onion, pepper and 1/2 of the garlic.
  7. After a few min add in the rest of the garlic and the cumin.
  8. Stir for a little bit and then add in it to the bulgur.
  9. Then stir in the parsley chickpeas and lemon juice.
  10. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
