Cabbage Cooked With Bean Curd Recipe

  1. Soak mushrooms in 3/4 c warm water for 1/2 hour.
  2. Put tofu onto a paper towel & leave to drain for 30 min.
  3. Remove mushrooms from water, reserve liquid.
  4. Cut off & throw away stems.
  5. Slice caps into 1/4" wide strips.
  6. Heat oil in an 8" skillet.
  7. When warm, put in cabbage & mushrooms.
  8. Stir & fry for 1 minute, until cabbage wilts.
  9. Reduce heat to medium.
  10. Crumble tofu & it to the skillet.
  11. Add in salt, soy sauce & mirin.
  12. Stir & fry for another 5 min.
