Cucumber Yogurt Sauce Recipe

• 1/2 med. cucumber peeled, seeded & minced fine
• 1/2 c. plain yogurt
• 1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon cumin
• 1/8 teaspoon grnd pepper

1. Stir all ingredients together.
2. Serve gyro in pita bread with tomatoes and lettuce and cucumber sauce.
3. Serving suggestions: Couscous Pilaf and Squash and Tomato Saute/fry.
