Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

  1. Wash and remove stems from mushrooms - save stems.
  2. Brown and drain sausage.
  3. Saute/fry in butter the green onions and mushroom stems.
  4. Add in cooked sausage and stuffing.
  5. Moisten with a little mayonnaise.
  6. Spoon into mushrooms.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
