Bar-B-Q Pork Burgers

  1. Make a well in center of meat.
  2. Add bread crumbs, cheese, barbecue sauce, and seasonings.
  3. Shape into 4 patties.
  4. Grill patties and pineapple slices to desired doneness.
  5. Meat should not be pink in center.
  6. Serve on hamburger buns and garnish with pineapple slices, red onion, tomato, and lettuce leaves.
