Bar-B-Q Pork Burgers
- 1 pound pork shoulder lean, ground
- 13 cup bread crumbs seasoned
- 13 cup romano cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 each hamburger buns
- 4 slices pineapple
- 1 x red onion sliced
- 1 x tomatoes sliced
- 1 x lettuce leaves
- Make a well in center of meat.
- Add bread crumbs, cheese, barbecue sauce, and seasonings.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- Grill patties and pineapple slices to desired doneness.
- Meat should not be pink in center.
- Serve on hamburger buns and garnish with pineapple slices, red onion, tomato, and lettuce leaves.
