Balsamic Vinegar + Mint Flavoured Tagine

  1. Roughly chop everything.
  2. Mix the ingredients together.
  3. Spread a layer of onions in the tagine.
  4. Add the tomatoes, avocado, and any other vegetables you like.
  5. Cover with a lid and heat for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Add the chicken and the seasonings from Step 1.
  7. Put the lid back on and turn off the heat.
  8. Let it steam for about 1 minute, and it's done!
  9. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  10. You can also add oil if you like!
  11. Serve with lemon and cheese!
